What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

People are supportive and protect one another's time. They respect work-life boundaries, but also care about each other as individuals. At the end of the day, we're doing important work, but rarely do people depend on us directly for their livelihood, so we are driven mostly by an internal desire.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
