They actively share their direction and goals. This is vital for the teams to act on strategies.

Energy. I get excited when i tjink about the future of my team and how we can make an impact.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most important part of the culture to me is the sharing of ideas. I feel like ideas are shared and recieved very well.
