What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People work as a team during challenging times (eg escalations, outages) and are willing to jump in and help where they can.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
For someone at my level, I've appreciated the amount of stock options I've received. Especially with the lowering of the strike price. If we eventually IPO, being able to exercise my options at the lower price is much appreciated.
