They are extremely experienced, and it seems like they try to be as transparent as possible with the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are really friendly, the office is really nice, and you can tell that HR wants employees to have a positive experience.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
After some organizational changes, there is a lot of uncertainty and anxiety about job security. It would be good to get some reassurance that jobs are safe for now.
