It is a young and motivated team to make the company grow.
What makes you most happy at work?
The flexibility they give you and the great people that conforms the company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is professional, experienced and knowledgeable. They work hard to give visibility to the company and to find new clients.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The promotions haven't arrived yet, but with the lay offs that have taken place I don't expect a big increase or bonus for all the work done this year.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive about the culture is the freedom and confidence they give you to carry out the work. There is also a lot of collaboration between all the teams.
