To the previous question, I've already referred one friend to work with me and have a few more I might get the chance to. The pay and perks are great, but I am truly excited about the mission, and the 'proof is in the pudding' with our existing clients and value we offer.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The pay is great and the OTE is achievable. The benefits are also exceptional, from the financial piece to the more abstract support items such as the hybrid work model, virtual days, and so on.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone has been very approachable. Folks are happy to engage with one another whether it be work or personal. Lunches are provided daily and everyone tends to eat together and it's a great opportunity to get to know everyone.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone has been extremely professional and helpful. Many folks in leadership have personally reached out or carved out time to help or share their experience. Senior leadership has also been extremely transparent and positive for the company as a whole (celebrating wins, etc.).
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have loved seeing the collaboration of the team. I'm a part of the sales function and it has been almost overwhelming how much support is coming from other teams, from leadership conversations to bringing in Customer Success to IT being quick, kind and helpful.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm excited about how impressive our solution is and how positive feedback is in the market from our current customers. This creates a lot of confidence in my work and efforts in building the team here. I'm also happy about the impact I get to have so early on.
