Globality is a great company to work for. Despite a hard 2023, I am very excited about the future for Globality. The team is close knit, and everyone is willing to get involved even if it is out of their comfort zone. I think communication could be better, but this is being worked on.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Globality is great. Although since I have joined the company has gone through some tough times, everyone has come out of the other end and are super positive and engaged about what is next. It is great to be part of such a collaborative and driven workforce.

Everyone is so helpful and willing to get involved. People are friendly, fun and all focussed on working towards the same goal

The most positive thing is people's investment and drive behind the company. I think you can see that through how long people tend to stay at Globality (low turnover)

Everyone is really motivated for the company's successful, which is great to be around. They are all also willing to get stuck in and help even with items not necessarily in their job description
