The leadership team is personable, approachable, intelligent, strategic and creative.

The leadership team does a wonderful job at maintaining transparency where appropriate.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe I was offered a competitive offer without having to negotiate.
What makes you most happy at work?
My coworkers make every day exciting. I look forward to seeing them and brainstorming together.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is happy to be in the office and I never hear complaints about other coworkers.

They are always available if you need them and care about the company and the development of employees

We have such a friendly and intelligent team. They are willing to help others and I'm impressed with the innovation and collaboration they bring to the company.

I love my team and working with them everyday. I'm also excited that I am contributing to a great mission and creating a solid foundation for something great.
