Incredibly selfless behavior in order to facilitate success for the greater company. Everyone makes time, from CEO down, to help anyone with anything needed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The collaboration and mutual respect is apparent every day. It's incredibly motivating and encouraging to be surrounded by like-minded people who share a common goal.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being around intelligent, motivated people who want to help out in any way that they can. There's a noticeable, positive energy every day in the office.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The lack of ego is refreshing. Culture- and team-fit are extremely important in hiring, and they're reflected in the ways departments are so cross-functional. There's a lot of visible teamwork that isn't always there at other companies.
