They believe in the company future and passionate about what they are doing. They are very committed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Base pay can be higher if we don't have bonus structure put in place. We should also have stock refresh program.
What makes you most happy at work?
1. Team is motivated and has positive spirit 2. Get good feedback from customers on all the work we have been doing 3. Your work gets recognized by your team, peers and leadership team
