Again, my team! Collaborating with my manager and rolling out initiatives that actually make an impact has been fun.

I love how flexible the team is. As we're growing the way that our team pivots is not reactive and is done with careful planning and preparation!

I love the team that I work on and my manager! The company does a great job of kicking off wellness initiatives and other fun social events to keep everyone engaged as we navigate a remote workplace setting.

People care. Individuals care. There's an organic formation of community and so many different opportunities to connect with your coworkers. Whether it be their specific passions outside of work, or company led initiatives to get people together!
What makes you most happy at work?
My team makes me look forward to coming to work. I Really enjoy working with all my colleagues here at Globality. People take time to acknowledge and appreciate individual contributions. Also, snacks, happy hours, snacks, and more snacks!
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love coming into work everyday because of my team! We all work really well together and I feel like I can depend on them completely! We're all really hard working and encouraging, and we like to have a lot of fun!
