What are some of the best things about your team?
Our direct, yet fair (and non-sugar coating) nature. The Sector team is generally very close, which allows us to speak our minds without hesitation.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
People should assume positive intent from everyone at Globality, and not take things personal when "sub-optimal" things are being mentioned about something/processes/etc. Also think we should make it more transparent who does what.
