good so far! I have a solid, but super busy team and workaholic managers. :) Nothing really that i can complain about, except that i wish there were learning opportunities supported/paid for by the company and wish i didn't feel like everyone outside my team is a stranger.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
think you can tell that everyone is a hard worker and understands the company goals/mission
What do you like best about the leadership team?
they're friendly & seem just like one of us. Joel is more transparent than expected. Can tell talent was hired.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
i want to get to know people outside my team more. as an introvert, its not easy when you don't have many company events/bonding time.
What are some of the best things about your team?
my team, specifically is very inclusive & I trust my managers to always have my back. Unfortunately, i dont feel connected with anyone else outside my team. :(
What is the best part about your compensation package?
aside from salary, the medical is pretty good. The free lunch and snacks are much appreciated. I really wish there was fitness/health membership discount + caltrain passes. My last company paid for our GoPasses for Caltrain and that took significant stress off commuting.
