Everyone is very invested and motivated and looks out for one another

Individual people who share the same work ethic, style, and want to succeed together.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We've introduced many people to the company in the last year or so who work in a very isolated, siloed environment. People need to be more proactive about working and engaging others in their projects for a collective win rather than personal benefit.
