What makes you most happy at work?
I get the backing from leadership to strive to achieve my best, in turn allowing me to work on and implement exciting creative things. My opinions are valued, heard, and actioned where appropriate. This company is not an echo chamber.

Everyone in the team is exceptionally friendly and highly skilled. Their knowledge and experience are invaluable. We have managed to foster a great company culture through our hiring process making this the most collaborative team I've worked with in any professional or personal environment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are forthright, they have a clear vision, and they do their utmost to ensure everyone in the company has what they need. They are also exceptional at receiving and taking on board feedback from any employee, understanding they hire experts for that exact knowledge and experience.
