What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to deliver a product that has a positive impact on the world whilst working with a team I trust.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team operate with an open door and solicit feedback from the whole company. This is excellent in providing confidence and transparency in the companies direction.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love that we have stock options in the company. As we contribute to the financial success of the company, we know we'll be part of that success.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love being able to have an honest discussion with our team without any judgement. Knowing our team can depend on each other allows us to focus on the things that matter!
