The freedom to work on certain internal "side projects" where I think I can add value. Responsibility delegated throughout the team to lead projects.

I like the team's focus on quality and delighting the user. A very transparent and clear approach to priorities across the product is great to work with.

I love the approach to continuous improvement. There is never blame for incidents or mistakes, just a focus on learning from them to get better and move forward.
