Globality leadership team is very approachable, talented, and coming from diverse horizons. They're all passionate about the success of the company and what Globality can deliver to clients, suppliers and the ecosystem
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Despite a very special on-boarding due to the pandemic situation and having met the team only virtually so far, I can feel the culture and the work environment from my home office !
What makes you most happy at work?
The ability to present to clients a platform and a sourcing approach they have always dreamed off but seeing in action for the 1st time. Clients feedback on the value perceived is phenomenal
