Base, Equity, and benefits. I didn't have to negotiate salary. Globality made me an offer that was reasonable. I accepted it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
A big focus on human capital development, HR processes are very well organized, onboarding was fun, structured and collaborative working experience.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My initial impression of the leadership is very good. A lot of thought has been put in organization development, people, culture, and experience.
