I find the core values of innovation, collaboration and trust to be very resonant.

Everyone quickly rallies together to solve difficult problems, even those not directly in their purview.

I don't know if it is the best (there are quite a few good things), but I really appreciate the HSA contribution from Globality!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The application of collaboration, innovation and trust. I find we hire capable, smart, helpful and fun people. When I interact with someone in another department, find I am almost always blown away by how smart, knowledgable and helpful they are.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love that even though I work remotely that I still feel integrated and very much a part of the team(s) I work with. I think Globality's values (and hiring!) are such that our culture is well established, even if we are not in the same physical spaces.
