It is reviewed on a regular basis.
Basic , insurance, vacation, health, 401k
Bonus package is competitive in the market
Good Fixed component salary. Very less deductions, good inhand salary.
Base salary plus variable plus retention package
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
number of duties are rising but the pay is not so to feel better about my compensation would be to lower the number of my duties or give adequate pay
