Anthony Williams Esq. — President and Corporate Secretary at Globus Medical

Mr. Anthony Williams, Esq. has been the President of Globus Medical, Inc. since September 8, 2015. and serves as its Corporate Secretary. Prior to that, Mr. Williams served as Senior Vice President of Business Development and General Counsel at Globus Medical, Inc. from April 2014 to September 8, 2015 and served as its Vice President of Business Development from January 2013 April 2014 and its Secretary. Mr. Williams served as Corporate Counsel of Globus Medical, Inc. from March 2011 to April 2014. He is a Partner with Wyrick Robbins Yates & Ponton LLP in Raleigh, North Carolina. He served as Vice President of Globus Medical, Inc. since March 2011. He helped form Globus in March 2003 and has represented it in corporate and securities matters since its inception. He served as Assistant Secretary of Globus Medical, Inc. since March 2011. His law practice focuses on mergers & acquisitions, private placements and venture capital financings, recapitalizations and other strategic transactions for technology-intensive companies, primarily in the biotechnology and medical device industrires. He advises emerging growth companies at all stages, from start-up through initial public offering. He serves on the Board of Directors of Southeast BIO, a nonprofit organization dedicated to the growth of the life sciences industry in the Southeastern United States and on the Business Law Section of the North Carolina Bar Association. He served as a Director of Globus Medical, Inc. He received his BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He received his JD and MBA from Wake Forest University.
