What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The working environment was terrible from the beginning. Zero collaboration, they didn't show up in the office to train me, and they were ultra-competitive.
Cultural awareness training to address bias and disrespectful behaviour.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
You are push to be better.
The culture is very strong and they communicate culture and values all the time
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Trust team. Trust people. Cut atleast 5 meetings with 20+ people every week.
Better recruiting and diverse management.

A lot of steps to filter candidates.

Recruiters and managers hire their friends, not the most qualified candidates to bring ideas to the team.
