- What needs to change to make the company culture better?Trust team. Trust people. Cut atleast 5 meetings with 20+ people every week.
- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?The working environment was terrible from the beginning. Zero collaboration, they didn't show up in the office to train me, and they were ultra-competitive.
