Sean is Managing Shareholder for the South Sound Offices of GLP Attorneys. Throughout the 31 years of his practice, he has represented injured persons in premises liability, common-carrier accidents, defective products, pedestrian incidents, vehicle collisions, and wrongful deaths. Sean’s continued commitment to victims’ rights is demonstrated by his efforts to understand the individual circumstances of each claim and the impact that the injuries and damages have on individual client’s lives.
Sean concentrates his practice on construction workplace injury and accident law as well as premises liability and trucking accidents out of the Tacoma, Port Orchard and Vancouver, Washington offices of GLP Attorneys. He prides himself on working diligently for every client that has suffered injury at the fault of another as well as family members who have lost a loved one to wrongful death. This focus has allowed Sean to gain a wealth of experience on the wide range of issues facing the victims of injury and loss.
Sean earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Seattle University in 1987. In 1990, he received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Puget Sound (now known as Seattle University) School of Law. His bar admissions include Washington State, the United States District Court – Western Division and the 9th Circuit of the United States Court of Appeals, and he has been privileged to argue before the Washington Supreme Court.
