How's the leadership on the Engineering team at Glympse?
The new leadership is currently unproven given the short time here, but our leaders come from very successful backgrounds, so we expect success as well. As far as character, they’re a great group of people. Easy to talk to, down to earth, and genuine appreciation of their people.
What's the vibe like in the Engineering dept at Glympse? How many hours are you working?
The vibe is a “C” in a grading scale. A lot of factors play into that but the ship is pointed in the right direction. Glympse Engineering has is headed to a great place, it just need some help getting there. For hours, most people on average work 9-6 with a one hour lunch. Hours are pretty flexible though.
