They underpay tech workers even though technology runs 99% of the business. We are the ones that scale the business and we get no reward.

Our job consists of the same things that most adjusters do for other companies and get paid more. There should be the perks of some kind of hazard pay involved in dealing with customers that are less than co-operative. Most of the employees of GM Financial want to satisfy our customers needs.

The team feels undervalued due to the management above. We are not treated fairly. In my opinion, the head of the company should be treated with the same respect as a janitor!!
