Overall, I enjoyed my co workers. I didn't enjoy how much work I had to do and I got no recognition for it. For example, there was an electrical blackout and there was a dangerous situation going on upstairs from the store and the next day my district manager acted as if nothing happened

I liked my co workers and store managers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Chocolatiers got paid minimum wage which was fine by me
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was very fast and it was more conversational than an interview
What are some of the best things about your team?
I enjoy the other chocolatiers that I worked with. We worked well together and it was the only good part of working at Godiva.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
This company needs to be more organized and everyone from different levels need to actually work together as a team instead of looking down on another.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There needs to be better communication from the higher ups and those who work in the store. Those who work in the corporate office need to stop looking down at the chocolatiers. The district manager thought she was so much better than us and was very rude and fake.
