What do you like best about the leadership team?

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There needs to be better communication from the higher ups and those who work in the store. Those who work in the corporate office need to stop looking down at the chocolatiers. The district manager thought she was so much better than us and was very rude and fake.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Chocolatiers got paid minimum wage which was fine by me
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I just would like an average amount of hours
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of my employees are friendly and outgoing
We work on projects supporting an iconic brand.
I enjoy the other chocolatiers that I worked with. We worked well together and it was the only good part of working at Godiva.
They are friendly and upbeat

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Employees and some higher ups
I liked my co workers and store managers.
Everyone is friendly to me but the pay is lacking

It was very fast and it was more conversational than an interview

This company needs to be more organized and everyone from different levels need to actually work together as a team instead of looking down on another.
