    There needs to be better communication from the higher ups and those who work in the store. Those who work in the corporate office need to stop looking down at the chocolatiers. The district manager thought she was so much better than us and was very rude and fake.
  • What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
    This company needs to be more organized and everyone from different levels need to actually work together as a team instead of looking down on another.
