Not a thing. This is a toxic company.

Clean house and hire qualified people.

Too much to list and they don't care.

They are petty. They lie.They are unqualified for their jobs.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Nothing at all. I was lied to about what the job was.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything. They are stuck in the past. They don't follow state and federal regulations. They discriminate. Titles are inflated.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They only give raises when they have to. There is no clear chain of command. The HR generalist is allowed to bully team members and over ride the GM. Men are favored.
