They only give raises when they have to. There is no clear chain of command. The HR generalist is allowed to bully team members and over ride the GM. Men are favored.

They do not pay enough to live on in Pahrump. They act like they are doing you a favor to give you a job. Employees are allowed to override management.

I feel undervalued because I do alot of work for little pay and no benefits.

I really don't like anything about the interview process you get there they tell you that you have an interview you do it and then they go into a room with the HR Director to make a decision to hire you but I don't even talk to you about it
