I really don't like anything about the interview process you get there they tell you that you have an interview you do it and then they go into a room with the HR Director to make a decision to hire you but I don't even talk to you about it

No substantive questions, mostly fluff. They don't ask about qualifications or experience.
The level of comfort that was portrayed during my interview was maintained into my employment.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Stop interviewing if you already know who's going to get the position. Make it the experience authentic
they would have to change their entire management style from aggressive & to co-working environment.
