I really don't like anything about the interview process you get there they tell you that you have an interview you do it and then they go into a room with the HR Director to make a decision to hire you but I don't even talk to you about it

Stop interviewing if you already know who's going to get the position. Make it the experience authentic
they would have to change their entire management style from aggressive & to co-working environment.
