What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is accessible. They take an active, deep interest in what we're doing for our clients and the challenges we're facing, as individuals and as a team.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I actually get paid performance bonuses, which have been offered as an incentive by previous employers, but didn't happen or were kept to a minimum.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team shares ideas and we get useful input and feedback from other teams. The company is small enough for people to feel and be connected.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Staff talk and share. Because of that, we make healthy progress in achieving challenging objectives for our clients. Financial markets software supports complex business activities, so it's great to have open communications across departments. We share experience to get it right for our clients

The interviewer clearly understood what GoldenSource needed from the role, so the conversation was informed and intelligent.

My immediate team members have become my friends. We meet and keep in touch outside of work. GoldenSource hires the kind of people I like. We fit. That's valuable.
