Mr. Brian T. McGee has been the Chief Financial Officer of GoPro, Inc. since March 11, 2016. Mr. McGee served as Vice President of Finance at GoPro, Inc. from September 2015 to March 11, 2016. From May 2011 to September 2015, he served in various positions at Qualcomm, most recently as the Vice President, Business Operations. Prior to Qualcomm, he was at Atheros Communications from December 2009 to May 2011 as the Vice President, General Manager Global Powerline Business. Mr. McGee served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Intellon Corporation from January 31, 2007 to December 2009 and its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. McGee oversaw global financial operations for the rapidly growing semiconductor company. He served as Vice President, Corporate Development of Lexar Media Inc. (now known as Micron Consumer Products Group, Inc.) since January 2006 and its Chief Financial Officer from May 19, 2003 to March 2006. He served as Vice President of Finance at Lexar Media Inc., since May 19, 2003 and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer and Member of Executive Management Team. Prior to joining Lexar, he served as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Equator Technologies, Inc., from May 2000 to May 2003. Mr. McGee served as Vice President of Finance of SmartAge.com, from August 1999 to May 2000. Mr. McGee served as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Academic Systems Corporation, from November 1998 to August 1999. From January 1987 to November 1998, he served a variety of finance positions of Raychem Corporation. Mr. McGee served as Chief Financial Officer and Controller of Elo TouchSystems. He has more than twenty years of experience in business and financial management. He served as an Independent Director of HydroGen Corp. from December 12, 2006 to October 2008. Mr. McGee holds B.S. Degree in Business Administration and Finance from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, in 1983 and received a Certificate in Management Accounting in 1989.
