What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers are resilient and willing to take on more and more responsibilities and work, simply because we all know we are in this together.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Stop giving people false promises about opportunities for growth, raises, bonuses, etc. none of the things you sold me on actually happened in my years at GoSite.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Listen to your employees! Value them! Stop giving us promotions and title changes without compensation... and stop telling us we are the best of the best (surviving layoffs) without anything to show for it. Your words of encouragement can only go so far.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been given false promises since I was hired about raises, bonuses, compensation, and opportunities for growth. I've been at GoSite for almost 2 years and never received a raise or bonus to this day. I keep advocating for myself and getting pushed aside.
