Continuous updates via company meetings
Vision, Transparency, Commitment to Excellence.
My direct report genuinely cares about our team and the work we do. He encourages us to learn more outside of our core duties and is incredibly supportive.
Entrepreneurial enablement & development. Commitment to aligning people with it's mission.
Leadership needs to respect their employees. Change is enevitable at a startup, but GoSite has handled the many changes that have happened in the last 6 months atrociously. Giving a plan then changing it spontaneously with no warning or transparency. The employees have been abused by this company.
Transparency, planning, execution, fair pay, authenticity
The CEO and Sales leadership need to learn to listen to the rest of the executive team. Every week we have a company meeting where the CEO congratulates sales and on a job well done when the sales numbers in reality are bad. CX and other departments are holding up the company and get no recognition.
Valuing their employees and listening to them.
Dependent coverage and premiums paid by GoSite
Classpass membership, 410k matching, and your birthday off
All aspects of my comp package are extremely competitive.
Always room for creative negotiation
False promises of promotions and raises. I was given two "promotions" and was never given any raise, I worked my butt off for months striaght to provide evidence of my worthiness of pay, and I was told repeatedly no. As a female, i have male counterparts who are getting paid $20k more than me.
PTO is barebones (10 days), pay is below avg. with the increasing cost of living in California as well as inflation.
I've been given false promises since I was hired about raises, bonuses, compensation, and opportunities for growth. I've been at GoSite for almost 2 years and never received a raise or bonus to this day. I keep advocating for myself and getting pushed aside.
Collaboration and support. Everyone is able to speak their mind.
The greatest and only amazing thing about GoSite are its people, who are now on their way put due to the abuse we've endured. It's a shame GoSite is losing a quality group of intelligent, driven and kind people. They're doing nothing to try to save us either.
My director is great and teammates are fun, welcoming, and encouraging to work with.
All my individual coworkers at GoSite are amazing and the main part I have not quit yet. They make every day better and always know how to support me.
Collaborative spirit, energy, care for each other and our customers.
My coworkers are resilient and willing to take on more and more responsibilities and work, simply because we all know we are in this together.
The people are amazing here, it's a shame GoSite is doing nothing to keep us after all that we've done for them.
Individual Coworkers are amazing people and all very talented professionals. Most managers like mine are great people and very supportive of your professional development and you as a person. You get to learn a lot by taking on a variety of projects.
Everyone is a good person.
Bold, fast paced and extremely transparent
Listen to your employees! Value them! Stop giving us promotions and title changes without compensation... and stop telling us we are the best of the best (surviving layoffs) without anything to show for it. Your words of encouragement can only go so far.
It progressed along efficiently and it was transparent
Met some nice people and they felt real.
The people I interviewed with
Recruiters are nice and friendly. Everything happened quickly.
Got to meet a lot of the leadership during the interview process.
Stop giving people false promises about opportunities for growth, raises, bonuses, etc. none of the things you sold me on actually happened in my years at GoSite.
The autonomy and opportunity to do what needs to be done to help my teammates grow and my customers succeed.
Continuously being enabled to provide value to our people and customers outside of my 'scope'
Horribly unfair compensation, lack of direction and transparency, leadership can't agree on a path. Leadership is obsessed with Sales and puts them on a pedestal while forgetting about the rest, especially CX.
The culture has taken a big hit because of company layoffs. Team morale is low. Leadership has been leaving which shows a lack of confidence in the company. The exec team needs to provide more comfort and empathy behind the situation and actually mean it - every response so far has been lackluster.
The product is seriously lacking, no transparency management, constant changes, and layoffs. CX is treated like the red-headed stepchild while sales with horrible numbers gets catered lunch every day, a bartender, raises/promotions, and to go to the Padres game, and CX is not allowed to participate.
See my other comments about valuing employees and valuing front-line CX employees feedback about EVERYTHING (the product, process, clients...)
The people are the best thing about this company.
Fair compensation and appreciation for employees.
