What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The people are amazing here, it's a shame GoSite is doing nothing to keep us after all that we've done for them.

Individual Coworkers are amazing people and all very talented professionals. Most managers like mine are great people and very supportive of your professional development and you as a person. You get to learn a lot by taking on a variety of projects.

Everyone is a good person.

Bold, fast paced and extremely transparent

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Listen to your employees! Value them! Stop giving us promotions and title changes without compensation... and stop telling us we are the best of the best (surviving layoffs) without anything to show for it. Your words of encouragement can only go so far.
