Honesty and being treated like an adult
This is no normal events company, so the remuneration really can’t be compared to equivalent roles elsewhere. The things GovNet asks if you means the pay is way below the mark. Meanwhile the pension and benefits are minimal in direct contrast

Hard working in the face of poor management
Great people unified in their frustration at the cruelty and madness that surrounds them.
