The GR0 leadership is extremely transparent and straightforward about the values and inner workings of the company, which I think helps the whole team feel more secure and confident.

Everyone at GR0 is more than willing to support each other, pick up where another person left off, and generally just help each other succeed in any way possible.
What makes you most happy at work?
My coworkers are genuinely easy to get along with and bond with, so the workday flies by because I am working with people who make it all enjoyable and worth it.

The benefits that GR0 offers are awesome, and the fact that we are offered unlimited paid time off is one of the best aspects of the company. This gives the team the opportunity to truly take care of ourselves as humans without worrying that it will chip away at our vacation time.

The Content Team is the most connected, hardworking, and efficient team I have ever been a part of. The communication has exceeded my expectations and I wake up every day excited that I get to be in touch with my coworkers, because not only are they great at their jobs, they are also great people.
