I think my time at GR0 has been mostly positive. Like any place it has a lot of room for improvement but I'm inspired by the willingness to become better. I'm really excited about my future here and can't wait to see how the company develops through the years.

For the most part, it's been an overall positive experience. Despite the challenges, working with people who genuinely care about the culture they are cultivating is awesome.

Everyone is great-communicative, supportive, and helpful.

I lovebeing able to interact with the people here.

I believe it is unclear how compensation actually works.

I love how helpful my teammates are and how fun they make work everyday.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The support. Even when times are tough, there's always someone to encourage and make you feel capable.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I don't think there's anything particularly special about my compensation package but I also don't have any complaints.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love how people centered our leadership team is. I feel valued as a team member and it makes me happy to come to work each day.

This is a company that values transparency and works diligently to be open and honest with employees and I believe that's the most positive part about a=our company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are people centered. As a start-up, things are constantly changing which can be frustrating but they work overtime to ensure we have what we need as employees to get through transitions cleanly.
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel like I can see progress everyday. Even if it's not coming at the rate I want to see it. I appreciate the progress that's made daily and can see positive change taking place.
