Most people would probably say the unlimited time-off but honestly the 401K and stock shares are NICE!!

They bring awesome energy to the office every single day! They are open-minded, incredibly innovative, and just genuine people that bring a familial-style dynamic to the workplace.

My team is incredibly multifaceted. Each member of the sales team brings a unique skillset, which gives us all the opportunity to learn from each other on a daily basis. They're all go-getters and truly care about the future of GR0... the energy is contagious!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have to mention first and foremost that the ability to wear sneakers every day is MONUMENTAL for my overall happiness. The open-door policy with C-level and managerial staff is something that many other companies lack and being able to reach out to the core personnel at GR0 is freshening.
