I'm the happiest when my work positively impacts my team or our clients. When someone comes back with an appreciative response to something I've given them, it makes me really happy.

Everyone is energetic and friendly. I don't feel intimidated by anyone nor do I feel like I can't come to anyone with any problems. It's a comfortable and warm environment to work in.
