They are genuinely and actively trying to find the best way to conduct business and create better relationships with our clients. I think they are setting us up for success.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
How helpful everyone is and how willing they are to explain things to you, and hold your hand as you try to figure things out. I also like that the CEO is approachable. I feel very connected to the team as a whole as well.
