I've thoroughly enjoyed my time at GR0. I personally have had exponential growth in the industry and am much more confident in my abilities due to the mentorship and leadership at the company.

When we do work for our clients and our clients are happy.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a lot of room for growth in whatever skillset we want to learn and job roles are fluid enough to accommodate expanded skillsets.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued as a person or in what people expect from me, however I believe the salary is slightly under what it should be for my position.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how honest they are in what they have done well and what they haven't. They aren't afraid to say "this is how we've done this in the past and that didn't work, so we're going to change that."
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are always wanting to learn and do better. We support each other in the wins and and rally together when we need to in order to make sure everything is getting done timely. They are also just genuinely good people.
