Success, and we have lots of it.

The relaxed and flexible schedule

My compensation was very easy to set up, and I think is very fair.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone has really clear expectations of each other, and is really easy to communicate with. Asynchronous communication is used to a very great effect.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our management team is really awesome and they work so hard to do everything they can for us and our success as a company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The best thing for me is the way people work together. Everybody is always willing to help me and answer any questions I might have.
What are some of the best things about your team?
How much we care about each other and enjoy spending time together. Most of my team hangs out after work several times a week, just because we like each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The thing I like best about the company leadership is how hands on they are, without being aggressive or intimidating. Never worked for leadership before that managed to that so successfully.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We choose to enjoy ourselves. Every one of us makes a choice to care about our co workers and our teams, and because we all do that we can all keep doing that. It really makes GR0 a great place to work.
