Amazing experience, I've learned more at GR0 in one year than I have in any other workplace working multiple years. At GR0 we have an incredible opportunity to grow as individuals and as professionals while building an incredible company as a team. Cant thank our founders enough for all they do!

The work ethic, when the leadership team works hard it drives me to do the same day in and day out.

I think there are some amazing team members here, what I like best is we can have a laugh together, have a normal conversation while also working together to get the job done, whatever it takes!
What makes you most happy at work?
Having the ability to work with some amazing people, having the ability to learn while I work - which is huge for me, and most importantly of all the work is very rewarding, and this is a huge drive.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
How easy it is to meet others, with Slack and Zoom it makes it really easy to get to know your team, and it's easy to build a relationship with others, which also reflects on the hiring side bringing in good people you'd want to meet :)
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is incredible, they bring the right attitude day in and day out, they provide us with the best resources for us to execute our roles and they always take our feedback and apply the best practices to accommodate us all, love working with our leadership, thank you guys!
