I've been working at GR0 for a little over a year now, and I've been so lucky to see both us grow as a company and me grow in my professional life. GR0 is clearly invested in the growth of their employees, and they really practice what they preach!

The people are #1 in my book. After that, I just feel very #blessed to be able to have a job in my field that's so suited to my strengths.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The benefits were just not applicable to me because I'm a contractor, and any entry-level salary isn't going to be high enough. That's not on gr0 -- that's a capitalism thing.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The constant support from my direct supervisors and the fact that the exec team is super down to hang out with lower-level employees! It's cool to be pals with the people that keep everything running smoothly!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of my compensation package is that I do feel I am being paid fairly for my position and that I'll be heard if I ever have a problem with compensation. However, I would like GR0 to offer 401k matching and/or a fitness reimbursement program.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the people, but I also really love my actual job functions. I came from a journalism background, but after I left my previous position, I just wanted an opportunity to use my editorial skills for good. GR0 has been the perfect outlet for my talents.
