positivity all around. Positive feedback, management, company meetings. Not once experienced a toxic situation in the company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited PTO -- just having that 'option' is amazing enough. It shows that the company trusts us to get things done while taking the necessary time off as needed
What makes you most happy at work?
Ability to have that 'level of freedom' when working. Despite the time crunches, I don't feel like I am being micromanaged and that my managers had trust in me to get work done.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The open door policy -- the fact that you can reach out about everything and won't have to feel embarrassed to ask is what I love about GR0. Also, the fun giveaways!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is AMAZING. Not only do they motivate us to strive for the best, but also checks in on us on both work and outside of work levels. Bridget has always been transparent on daily expectations and most of all -- NEVER fails to let us know when we're doing great
What are some of the best things about your team?
Team coffee breaks! Everyone has been so great & helpful -- I've never had a toxic experience at all. Fun fact: I accidentally left my slack online once and Camille messaged me at 11 pm asking if I was still working lol -- the fact that she checked in on me means everything!
