Everything is still new and growing so it's turbulent, though things have mainly been positive in this time. I have hope for improvement in the overall experience as time goes on.

The culture is inclusive and friendly. The environment seems to want to make employees' lives better if possible.

Work From Home with autonomy is the greatest thing about this job. Being treated like an adult and trusted is massive.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is good group of well-meaning people. I've bonded quickly with a handful of people despite being fully remote and I'm a fan of the people I've gotten to know better.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel I offer more value than I'm being paid for. I also feel the benefits package is very lacking and if I didn't have benefits provided by a spouse I would feel very uncomfortable as sufficient coverage would take a huge portion of my pay.
